This Compo was held at PernetyStadium in Paris on October, 5th 1998.

The rules were :

        1. Use only a number of imposed samples
        2. Voteforms :
                Vote for the 3 best tunes.
                 the 1st gets 3 points,
                 the 2nd gets 2 points,
                 the 3rd gets 1 point.
                (it was forbidden to vote for one's own tune).
           People who did not take part in the competition could also vote.
